Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order is shipped or prepared for stitching/handwork, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, the refund (after cancellation approval) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation of Customized Orders
Orders that include stitching, sizing, handwork or customization cannot be cancelled once initiated, as these are made specifically for you.
Order Modification
Any change in product, size, colour or address must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order and is subject to availability.
Order Cancellation by Tangles Collections
We may cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Product out of stock or unavailable.
Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
Payment verification issues for high-value or international orders.
Technical errors or unforeseen system issues.
If your order is cancelled from our end, you will be notified immediately, and any paid amount will be fully refunded.
