We aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, our Return & Refund Policy will help you understand how returns and refunds work.Eligibility for Returns
We have 7 days return policy. We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- You must raise the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact.
- Un-stitched and semi-stitched materials must remain uncut and unchanged.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons related to color variation, as colors may slightly differ due to lighting or screen settings.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used or altered products
- Customized stitching orders
- Products with perfume smell, makeup marks or physical damage
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
Return Process
- Contact us through WhatsApp or Call at +971 52 237 7900 or email info@tanglescollections.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
- After verification, we will confirm if the item is eligible for return.
- Products must be shipped back only after our approval.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for approved return cases.
- Refunds will be issued as: Store Credit (default option), Bank Transfer (only when applicable)
- Refund processing time: Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges, COD charges and service fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for eligible and available products.
- If the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Replacement Policy
Replacement orders will be delivered with 7 business days
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Important Notes
- Tangles Collections reserves the right to approve or decline returns based on product condition and policy terms.
- Any fraudulent or repeated return claims may lead to account restriction.
