- Free shipping within the UAE for orders above AED 149.
- For orders below AED 149, a standard shipping fee will apply.
- International shipping charges vary based on destination, weight and courier service.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available only within the UAE (additional handling fee may apply).
- COD is not available for international orders.
- All customs charges, import duties and taxes for international shipments must be paid by the customer.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Order Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours after successful payment.
- Standard Delivery within UAE: 7 business days.
- GCC Delivery within: 7 business days.
- International Delivery within: 7 business days (depending on destination and courier).
- Bulk or customized orders may require additional processing time.
Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may take longer due to:
- Local restrictions, remote or non-serviceable areas
- Additional verification required for COD orders
- Weather disruptions, customs clearance delays, strikes or public holidays
- Courier operational delays beyond our control

Return Shipping Charges
- If an order is returned after delivery without a valid reason, any additional courier or return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
